Space Planning: This phase includes preliminary floor plans showing the layout and placement of rooms and space.  You need a plan in order to figure out how many square feet you will need. Space planning will determine exactly how your basement will function.

Bid Price List and Contract: Once the plan and details are done I will get some ballpark estimates and find out if we’re on the right track or need to pull back some to fit the budget. Upon your review of estimates and approval of the contract; we will get a deposit from you and put you on our schedule to begin your basement finish.
